What a minute costs.
A billed minute is the model rate plus the voice and transcription surcharges for whatever your agent runs. The default build, Haiku 4.5 on the Cartesia voice with Deepgram transcription, comes to A$0.23 a minute. Your dashboard shows the agent's exact rate before you publish it, and that is the rate we invoice.

Pricing questions.
You are only charged when the agent is actively answering calls. Silence and hold time during a call are included. Partial minutes are rounded up to the nearest minute, with a one-minute minimum.
No. You're only charged for calls where the agent actually speaks. If a call goes to voicemail or drops before the agent picks up, there's no charge.
Yes. Pick the model per agent. Use Haiku for simple, fast agents and Sonnet or Opus when you need deeper reasoning. You pay the rate for the model your agent uses, so switching from Haiku to Sonnet takes your model rate from A$0.20 to A$0.40 a minute. The rate table above lists all of them.
Phone numbers are purchased separately at A$3.41/month per number. You can buy local Australian numbers directly from the platform.
Your usage draws down the $20 credit first. After that we bill your card monthly for what you used, from A$0.25 per minute at the rates above, with no plans and no minimums. Set a monthly spend cap any time from the billing page.
